Ingredients

  • 1 Crab Leg Hot Dog Kit
  • 2 tbsp Graza ‘Drizzle’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Crème Fraîche
  • 2 tbsp Famiglia Crispino Calabrian Crushed Olives
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crab legs according to the Crab Leg Hot Dog Kit instructions — steam or boil until heated through.
  2. Toast the hot dog buns lightly in a pan with a touch of butter until golden.
  3. Place the crab legs into the buns.
  4. Drizzle generously with Graza ‘Drizzle’ EVOO.
